Returns & Exchanges

At Apollo Neuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
